Kristina remembered me from a couple of years ago when I last saw her. She spent time listening to what I said about my conditions and treated me accordingly. I felt fully supported and was given clear direction for how to try to improve my symptoms.
Kristina also respected my personal views/beliefs and things I feel are important to me.

I had two physios, Vanessa was the more knowledgeable. It was very difficult to get the first appointment. The hospital doctors asked twice (via internal register), before I called personally to arrange an appointment. This resulted in my first appointment being 5 weeks after the accident. So the report of my incoming condition did not reflect the full state of damage at the accident.
